Onboarding Process
1. Request a Quote
Client fills out an online form with key details (business name, industry, number of employees, services needed). The form is automatically emailed to us.
2. Quote & Proposal
We review your info and send back a customized service quote and outline of what’s included.
3. Discovery Call
A short call or Zoom meeting to confirm your needs, answer questions, and ensure we are the right service fit for you.
4. Agreement & Engagement
You review and sign the service agreement which outlines the scope of work, pricing, and expectations.
5. Onboarding & Setup
We collect access to accounting/payroll systems or help set up new software. We establish your chart of accounts, payroll schedules, and ensure all compliance documentation is in place.
Typical Timelines
New Business Setup
1–2 weeks → to set up chart of accounts, connect bank feeds, and get everything ready to run smoothly.
Existing Business
2–4 weeks → to review past transactions, clean up accounts, and ensure accurate starting balances.
Catch-up / Cleanup Work
1–3+ months → depending on the volume of transactions and how much reconstruction is needed.
